Lindsay Lohan has been laying low in rehab for the last month awaiting her court appearance (today) where the judge would make a decision on where she was headed next. Turns out, Lindsay is heading right back to rehab, rather than jail, which is where everyone thought she would be carted off to.
Lindsay is scheduled to remain in rehab until January 3, 2011 and was allowed the removal of her SCRAM device for her remaining stint in the facility.
Lindsay’s next run in with the court will be on February 25th and she will be slated to perform random drug testing after she releases from rehab. If Lindsay violates any of the terms of her condition she will be put in jail for 180 days.
