Miley Cyrus was spotted dressed eclectically in Toluca Lake, California on October 23rd. Miley showed off her country roots with her cowboy boots along with ripped shorts, a t-shirt and an abundance of fun jewelry pieces.

We love Miley’s lighter locks too – what do you think? Does Miley look better as a brunette, with red highlights, or more blonde? We’d love to see what she looks like with really dark hair too – maybe for a new movie role she’ll dye it a different color!
