Walt Disney Pictures took to their Twitter account to clear up the rumors that Keith Richards would be cut from the upcoming movie “Pirates of the Caribbean: On Stranger Tides.” The recent rumors that were flying stated that the Walt Disney Company was debating on taking Keith’s parts out of the film due to a new memoir he is releasing that discusses his drug use in the past.
However, the statement posted on Walt Disney Pictures’ Twitter reveals that Keith’s scenes WILL be included in the movie:
We’re happy to confirm that Keith Richards will be returning to Pirates of the Caribbean: On Stranger Tides, setting sail May 2011!
