Demi Lovato took to Twitter to let the world know that she has found the “one” and that she is engaged! Well, kind of!
As we know, Demi has a TON of fans who love her, but this one particular fan decided it was time for him to pop the big question to the Disney star – and from the looks of it she said yes and accepted the ring – so cute!
