Billy Ray Cyrus Seeking Joint Custody Of Miley Cyrus And Her Siblings

After 17 years of marriage Billy Ray Cyrus and his wife Tish Cyrus have filed for a divorce. As part of the divorce papers Billy Ray Cyrus is seeking joint custody of the three youngest Cyrus’ kids: Miley, Braison and Noah.

Miley Cyrus turns 18 on November 23rd, so pretty soon she will be away from both of her parents custody.

There is no word yet on how Billy Ray and Tish will split up their residential properties, and where each will reside, however the divorce papers do state that the two would like to equitably divide their assets.
