The Jonas Brothers, Nick, Joe and Kevin, recently held a press conference where they discussed the recent cancellation of one of their concerts in Mexico. The guys state that their fans’ safety is their number one concern and while they hope at some point in the future to reschedule the show it was in the fans best interest, as well as their own, not to go ahead with the show date.

Did you get the chance to see the Jonas Brothers on their World Tour this time around? They toured with some of their co-stars from the Disney Channel Original Movie “Camp Rock 2: The Final Jam,” including one of their good friends Demi Lovato (Joe’s ex girlfriend). Slated to perform at the concert is Disney’s Selena Gomez, from “Wizards of Waverly Place,” and her band Selena Gomez And The Scene, and pop sensation Justin Bieber, along with a number of other popular artists.

Now that Taylor Swift’s album “Speak Now” has arrived in stores it’s time for her to celebrate, and it sounds like she was doing just that over the weekend with a new guy – Jake Gyllenhaal!
Taylor (20, almost 21) and Jake (29, almost 30) were spotted arriving together to support Taylor’s friend Emma Stone as she hosted Saturday Night Live in New York. A source told People Magazine:
They showed up together. They walked around together backstage, but they were careful not to be seen too close. It was hard to tell if they were together, but everyone was shocked that she brought him.
The next day Taylor and Jake were spotted grabbing brunch with another couple at Al Di La in Brooklyn, New York and were said to look “friendly” with one another as they were eating. They then were spotted taking a walk around Brooklyn’s Park Slope neighborhood.
Do you think the two are dating or do you think they have a movie together in the works?
We would love it if this news were true, but we have a really hard time believing that former BFF’s Demi Lovato and Selena Gomez are still friends. We imagine that when they see each other at events they are cordial, but we can’t for a second imagine them actually hanging out as friends ever since they drifted apart.
Demi has moved on to be better friends with the Jonas Brothers and Miley Cyrus, still within the Disney family, while Selena is most often spotted with Taylor Swift and some of her co-stars from various projects, whether Disney or otherwise.
Here’s what Demi told Cambio about her “current” friendship with Selena:
Bullying is something I went through when I was 12 years old. I actually ended up leaving school because of it. I just called my mom and I was crying and I said ‘I don’t want to go to school any more’. It was a rough time, I was by myself. I actually home schooled with Selena Gomez so she was a good friend to me then and she still is.
