Miley Cyrus told Access Hollywood that even though her birthday is today, November 23rd, she celebrates her big day all month long!
I have a birthday month. I do the whole month of November. Thanksgiving, cake, [it's] all about me on Thanksgiving!

Haha, I love it. I heard this interview, she wasn’t completely serious though. I definitely do the same thing in a sense though, as soon as I get close to my birthday, I use it as an excuse to do so much lol. It lasts for about the week before and the week after, which luckily for Miley, her’s is during the holiday season.
