On November 26, 2010 Miley Cyrus was spotted out and about in Los Angeles, California with her mom Tish Cyrus. The two went to a nail salon and then grabbed lunch together at Panera Bread.
We’re sure both Miley and her mom are leaning on each other during this difficult time in which Tish is going through a divorce with husband of 17 years Billy Ray Cyrus.

l’m a huge fan,of the amazing,beautiful,super Talented miley,& l always will be.Tish looks beautiful too,you can see where miley gets her beautiful looks from.lt’s so wonderful to see miley smile,considering all that is going on right now in hefr young life,with all this divorce thing hanging round.She has a fantastic smile.To me,miley is total perfection.l’ve been praying for her,& her whole family,that god,perform a miracle in her life,bless her heart,& bring his special love,into that family.& turn this whole thing around.Let billy ray,see what he is throwing away.l would feel truely blessed to receive this gift from god,of a beautiful wife,& wonderful family.And not throw gods gift away,without even trying to hold on to it.Godbless you miles:)xx
