A very depressing experience as I attempted to order Disney items.
I tried repeatedly to order items on Monday from the Disney website. I could not get the website to work properly for several hours. I even created an account while in the process of shopping rather than waiting until I made the payment, but when I was ready to check out after several hours of frustration, the website crashed. I received the dragged message “Sorry We
Missed You! – DisneyStore.com is Temporarily Closed”.
I called for assistance but I was greeted with a recording
that all representatives were busy and I should call back later or leave a message. When attempting to leave a message I received another recorded message the mailbox was full and I would need to call back another time.
Unfortunately, the Disney Cyber Monday sales and free shipping are not be available after Monday.
I thought Disney customer service would help. They were not helpful at all, they emailed to tell me they were very glad to receive my email and look forward to me coming back another day to shop their sales because the Cyber Monday Sales were over.
