Rico Rodriguez, star of the hit ABC comedy “Modern Family” spoke recently about his TV mom, played by actress Sofia Vergara. Here’s what he had to say:
She’s a really amazing lady. Sometimes I tend to teach her! She can’t pronounce things. Her accent on the show is real. I mean it’s a little over the top for the camera, but she’ll say, ‘Mee-chell’ and I’ll say, ‘Mitchell!’ and correct her. There are lots of words like that… And, her son just went off to college, so I think she still gets to feel motherly with me.

Debby Ryan posted this super cute photo of her and one of the dogs used in Disney’s new holiday movie “The Search For Santa Paws.” Debby sings her own original version of the song “Deck The Halls” for the movie, and she also performed the song at the 2010 Disney Parks Christmas Day Parade where she got to spend time with this adorable dog.

It seems like Demi Lovato will be having a very busy year in 2011. It is rumored that she will be part of Marvel’s movie “The Avengers,” which begins filming in April, and it has also been announced that she will continue with her 2011 concert tour as planned before she entered a treatment facility for “emotional and physical issues.”
According to the Associated Press, Demi will be keeping her ticket prices reasonable, saying:
I have best friends that aren’t in the industry and are dealing with just buying groceries and things like that, so I want to do my part.
We’ll keep you posted when the dates of the tour are announced.
Just before Christmas, Vanessa Hudgens was spotted shopping wearing tall boots and a large, warm jacket. Vanessa spent most of her time shopping avoiding the paparazzi and talking on her phone – perhaps asking someone for help with gift ideas!
Vanessa has been spotted out and about a lot more recently now that she is single. Do you think she will get back with boyfriend Zac Efron? Or do you think they will both move on with other people?
Gregg Sulkin spoke with Zooey Magazine about the Disney Channel Original Movie “Avalon High,” which he starred in, saying:
It’s definitely got a twist and an edge. It’s different. Growing up, you sort of hear about [Arthurian legend], and I feel like this movie is sort of a free history lesson. It’s a nice blend of history, education, friendship, and love. I like that Disney is trying something new, and I knew the director, so I felt like it was a great opportunity.
