Demi Lovato has reached a settlement agreement with the dancer Alex Welch, who she punched before heading to rehab. Alex said about the settlement, of an undisclosed amount of money,
I’m happy. We came to an agreement and I’m ready to move on. I’m ready to start working again.
Alex has revealed that a portion of the settlement will be donated to charity.

Miley Cyrus posted a new video for her fans for the holiday season. She and her sister Noah Cyrus can be seen in the video coloring while Miley talks about how she hopes that 2011 is a great year.
Miley says she wants to travel a lot during the next year and that she hopes she is able to visit with a lot of her fans and make them happy.

We’re not sure what else Justin Bieber got for Christmas, but we do know that his mentor Usher spent some serious money on him at the Andrew Buckler store in New York’s Soho. Usher was spotted picking out an expensive sweater, jeans and a shirt. A source reported:
He told the staff he was shopping for Justin. He was talking about Bieber’s clothing size to make sure he would get the right fit for him.
