Zac Efron had to cut his hair for his new movie “The Lucky One,” but he helped out a good cause in the process. Zac told the crew working on the movie that he would donate money to a New Orleans charity called Kingsley House for every person who cut their hair.

About 30 crew members cut their hair and 2 women crew members donated their hair to Locks of Love.

Zac’s rep said about the donation:

He likes doing things for charity – two Make-A-Wish kids [visited] the set while he was there – and he felt like he wanted to do something for a New Orleans charity since he had such a nice time shooting there.

Aww, we love when celebrities do good!
