Happy 36th Anniversary To Disney’s Space Mountain
January 15, 2011 marks the anniversary of the popular Disney attraction Space Mountain. The ride opened in the Tomorrowland section of the Walt Disney World Resort’s Magic Kingdom park on January 15, 1975. Space Mountain is a roller coaster that you ride in the dark!
Space Mountain also opened at the following Disney parks:
- Disneyland Resort, May of 1977
- Tokyo Disneyland, April of 1983
- Disneyland Paris, June of 1995
- Hong Kong Disneyland, September of 2005
