Our favorite pirate Johnny Depp, who plays Captain Jack Sparrow in Disney’s “Pirates of the Caribbean” films, attended the premiere of his new movie “Rango” on February 14, 2011. The premiere was held at The Regency Village Theater in Westwood, California.

In the photo above Johnny is posing with the character Rango, who he voices! Although, in the movie Rango is a bit smaller!

“Rango” is releasing from Paramount Pictures and Nickelodeon on March 4th and was directed by Gore Verbinski, who directed the first three “Pirates of the Caribbean” movies. Are you planning on seeing “Rango” when it arrives in theaters?
