It is being reported that Shane Black is in negotiations to directed Marvel’s “Iron Man 3” film. Shane may also be helping to write the “Iron Man 3″ script.

Shane previously directed the movie “Kiss Kiss Bang Bang,” which also starred Robert Downey Jr., so it’s not a stretch to imagine these two working together again.
