Justin Bieber was photographed spending time with singers Rihanna and Drake at the 2011 NBA All-Star basketball game in Los Angeles, California over the weekend. There were a ton of celebrities at the event and Justin was lucky enough to sit next to his crush Rihanna for most of the game!
