Hilary Duff Presents Miley Cyrus With A Global Action Youth Leadership Award

Actress Hilary Duff took the stage at the Global Action Forum and Awards Gala earlier this month to present her fellow Disney star Miley Cyrus with an award for Global Action Youth Leadership. Miley was honored for all the good she has done with her own charity Get Ur Good On and with the charity Blessings In A Backpack.
