Nick Jonas performed an impromptu concert in Virginia on February 23, 2011 since he is in the area for a Motown concert taking place at the White House today, February 24, 2011. When Nick took the stage to perform some of his fans thought he had used an inappropriate word on stage, but Nick took to Twitter shortly after to clear up the rumors:
What an amazing night! Thanks to everyone who came out! I truly have the best fans in the world. On a side note… I was mumbling at one point during the show tonight, and someone brought it to my attention that it may have sounded like I used a certain word. I can assure you that if it sounded that way it wasn’t intentional. I tend to stay away from words like that. Haha. Thanks for understanding! Wish me luck tomorrow at the White House everybody! Love you all!
