The Disney Channel has announced a new Disney Channel Original Movie titled “Frenemies.” The movie follows three pairs of friends as they try to find a balance when “besties go to worsties, and back again.” The movie is set to arrive on the network in 2012.
“Frenemies” was written by Dava Savel, Wendy Weiner and Jim Krieg. The movie will be directed by Daisy Mayer and produced by Les Morgenstein and Bob Levy. “Frenemies” is a production of Alloy Entertainment.

The movie is currently being filmed in Mississauga,Ontario, Canada. It is being filmed in our neighbourhood, lots of crew but we have yet to see the stars!!
The movie is being filmed in Colorado and it going to be released in 2012. The main role is Bella Thorne.
Bella Thorne is NOT the main role Bella AND Zendaya have equal roles.
Why would they put Bella Thorne and Zendaya in a movie together? They’re already on the show Shake It Up and people will be thinking of them as Cece and Rocky instead of whatever characters they’re playing.

Sounds good. Does it matter if the characters are the same? All of the disney actors who have a TV show have movie too, there’s nothing wrong with that.

I wish it was being filmed in my neighborhood…I think that the movie might be okay…but I agree that they shouldn’t use Zendaya and Bella Thorne in the same movie. And I am getting tired of them using the same people. The only reason I’ll watch this is because of NICK ROBINSON!!!;)

@kush that’s exactly the type of attitude young actors DON’T need to have. She’s only turning 15 and is therefore NOT “too good” for a disney movie. A movie regardless if it’s disney or not helps build her fan base and adds to her resume in movies. Once again, Bella Thorne is NOT too good or above any of the other actors on disney and has to go through the motions just like anyone else.
