March 29, 2011 |  by  |  No Comments

The Disney XD television channel is introducing a Marvel programming block soon and one show that will appear during the block is the animated “Ultimate Spider-Man” series. In “Ultimate Spider-Man,” Peter Parker has been Spider-Man for one year and he has fought villains and saved lives, but he still has a lot to learn about being a super hero!

The character Nick Fury gives Peter the chance to take his training to the next level, thereby becoming The Ultimate Spider-Man. However, before that can happen Peter will have to learn how to work with a team of fellow teen super heroes.

“The Ultimate Spider-Man” comes from a creative team that includes Paul Dini (“Batman: The Animated Series,” “LOST”), Man of Action Studios (creators of “Ben 10″ and “Generator Rex”), comprised of Joe Casey, Joe Kelly, Duncan Rouleau and Steven T. Seagle, and Brian Michael Bendis (the visionary behind Marvel’s Ultimate Spider-Man comic series).

Does this sound like a show you want to tune in for?
