Demi Lovato took to Twitter to let everyone know that she is looking forward to Walt Disney Pictures upcoming live-action movie “Prom.” The movie stars Aimee Teegarden (“Friday Night Lights”) as the character Nova who is super excited for her senior prom! The movie will arrive in theaters on April 29, 2011.

The Disney Channel Original Movie “The Suite Life Movie” aired on the channel on March 25, 2011. The movie had 5.2 million viewers, making it the most-watched scripted telecast for the night. In addition, the movie was seen by 2.4 million kids 6-11 and 2.2 million tweens 9-14, which made it the most-watched telecast of the night in both demographics.
“The Suite Life Movie” is currently the number 1 TV movie of the year.
