Alfred Angelo teamed with Disney Consumer Products to create a new Cinderella Platinum Wedding Gown that was recently unveiled. The dress is expected to arrive in Alfred Angelo Bridal Signature stores and other independent retailers worldwide late this summer. This gown is the first addition to the Alfred Angelo Disney Princess wedding dress collection, which launched in January.
Alfred Angelo designer Michael Shettel had this to say about the new gown:
This Anniversary special edition is a retro remix with a multitude of asymmetric tulle layers paired with a head-turning bejeweled bodice. This special gown celebrates the fairy tale that inspired it, but incorporates nostalgic and modern elements that span the 20 years of Disney’s Fairy Tale Weddings & Honeymoons. This Cinderella gown is sure to catch the eye of a prince. In this gown, brides should be prepared to celebrate long after midnight!
Director of Disney Collections, Robert Oberschelp, added:
It seemed only fitting to pay tribute to this major milestone for Disney’s Fairy Tale Weddings & Honeymoons with a spectacular gown inspired by Cinderella and unveiled in view of her castle in Disney World. Look for Disney Consumer Products and Alfred Angelo to unveil more special edition wedding gowns in the future.
