Disneynature has started a new program called See “African Cats” Save the Savanna. During the opening week of the new Disneynature film “African Cats,” April 22-28, Disney will donate a portion of the ticket sales to AWF through the Disney Worldwide Conservation Fund. The money will be used to protect the Ambroseli Wildlife Corridor, a passage between the Ambroseli, Tsavo West and Chyulu Hills National Parks. The passage is frequently used by a number of animals including:
- Lions
- Cheetahs
- Elephants
- Zebras
- Giraffes
- And More!
Here is a list of ways you can participate and help with this great cause besides going to see the movie in theaters when it arrives:
- Like Disneynature on Facebook
- Pledge to see “African Cats” on Eventful
- Join the “African Cats” grassroots community and donate to the African Wildlife Foundation on Causes
- Buy tickets through Disney Tickets Together, invite friends and Disneynature will double its donation
Let us know if you plan on seeing “African Cats” at your local theater.
