On April 19, 2011 Walt Disney Studios Home Entertainment released “Sharpay’s Fabulous Adventure” to Blu-ray and DVD. In the movie Ashley Tisdale reprises her role as the “High School Musical” franchise character Sharpay Evans and takes herself and her dog Boi to New York City in order to try to get on Broadway.
When Sharpay gets to the city she meets the character Peyton, played by Austin Butler, who helps her turn a dingy studio apartment into a perfect pink paradise. He also follows Sharpay around with a camera to document her every move since he thinks she is really interesting.
The movie is available on the following formats:

We loved seeing Ashley’s HSM character back on TV and all we wish is that Ashley had been joined by all of her former “High School Musical” co-stars! The movie was really fun and the perfect continuation of Sharpay’s story – we could totally see her heading to Broadway to make it big and get her name in lights!
Austin was the perfect co-star for Ashley. He’s funny, sweet and more grounded than the extravagant, fabulous Sharpay will ever be – which helps balance her out!

A new episode of “The Secret Life of the American Teenager” titled “Deeper and Deeper” is airing today, April 25, 2011, on the ABC Family Channel at 8pm ET/PT. In the new episode Ricky is still in shock after Amy asks him to marry her, and he doesn’t want to think about marriage until high school is over! Amy is happy that while he didn’t say yes, he didn’t say no and their relationship seems to be going stronger than ever.
Also in the episode, Adrian and Ben are shopping for condos, but they can’t seem to agree on one that they like. Adrian and Amy end up sharing advice about the men and their lives and how to get what they want from them while Grace tells her mom she plans on sleeping over at Grant’s and George thinks he and Ashley both need a friend. George ends up finding a study buddy for Ashley and asks Nora out on a date, but Nora’s girlfriend ends up being at the restaurant they go to!

Walt Disney Pictures is working on a new movie due out in 2013 called “Oz, The Great And Powerful.” The actors slated for the film have changed numerous times, but it seems as though James Franco and Mila Kunis are currently set to portray characters in the movie. The film’s director Sam Raimi is trying hard to get Hilary Swank in the role of one of the witches in the movie. However, according to reports the Walt Disney Company is completely against the idea, and instead they want actress Michelle Williams for the role.
