Demi Lovato saw a commercial that she didn’t agree with and took to Twitter to talk with her fans about being healthy. Here’s what the star Tweeted:
Just saw a commercial for Fiber-One bars.. Their slogan literally was ‘Hungry, no. Results, yes.’ Seriously.. What are we teaching people by saying that? Not to eat to see results? Really disappointed. Yes losing weight for some people can be healthy, but it’s commercials like that, that led me into thinking that not eating is okay. It’s NOT. There’s too much pressure on people these days to lose weight..Not okay.. #realtalk.
We’re glad Demi is so open now and so concerned with keeping her fans healthy!
