The Disney Friends For Change Games have begun this summer and are airing on both the Disney Channel and Disney XD. In support of the games, Disney.com has launched Disney.com/ProjectGreen where YOU can take part in the Friends For Change Games from home – by playing online versions of the Games, and donating your points to one of the four charities involved. At the end of the Games, the charity with the most points given by fans on Disney.com will receive $100,000.
In addition to playing games online, you can also view exclusive video content and participate in a number of activities. And you can also download the 2011 Friends For Change anthem “We Can Change the World” by Bridgit Mendler!
The Disney Friends For Change Games will play for five weeks beginning yesterday during the Disney Channel’s Friday, Saturday and Sunday prime time original series programming. Disney XD will then present a special episode from the games on Monday nights starting June 27th at 9:30pm ET/PT. The Disney Friends For Change Games end with a half-hour episode on July 31st on the Disney Channel. Don’t miss it!

Shae Padilla, the former lead guitarist for Disney’s all-girl band KSM, has formed her own band called FireSky. The alternative rock band is made up of four women:

- Brenda Mejia, bass
- Anni Sutinen, lead singer
