Disney star Ashley Tisdale was photographed after working out in West Hollywood, California on July 6th. Ashley celebrated her 26th birthday on July 2nd. She spent the day in Malibu with her friends, including Zac Efron, and her boyfriend Scott Speer. We can’t wait to find out what Ashley has in store for her 26th year.
