According to reports David and Victoria Beckham’s daughter, Harper Seven Beckham, was named after Disney’s “Wizards of Waverly Place” character Harper Finkle (played by Jennifer Stone). Apparently the Beckham’s sons liked the name and David and Victoria thought it was nice enough to give to their daughter.

Also according to reports the couple picked the middle name seven for a variety of reasons:

- Harper was born in the seventh month, in the seventh hour and weighed seven pounds
- David wore the number seven when he played for Manchester United
