Actress Vanessa Hudgens enjoyed a bike ride on July 24th in Los Angeles, California. Vanessa has been busy filming her new movie “Gimmie Shelter,” which is a role that required the “High School Musical” star to chop off her long hair. Is Vanessa’s shorter ‘do growing on you? When Billy Ray Cyrus spoke with GQ Magazine about his daughter Miley Cyrus and his family life he received a lot of negative attention from the media. However, it turns out as controversial as his interview was, it helped his family in the long run. Here’s what Billy Ray revealed to Country Weekly:
I don’t know what would have happened had I not given that interview. I know that the things that I spoke about, that I was extremely worried about, are better now. I felt like something bad was going to happen, and trust me, I’d much rather it happen to me than to Miley. If I had to get up and get spanked [by the media] for speaking about something that concerned me as a father … I’d rather it happen to me than have to look at the result of something else happening that perhaps could have been far worse. We’re [he and his family] probably better off now than we’ve been in quite some time.”

But only for a month! Justin Bieber told The Hollywood Reporter that he plans on taking a month-long break from music to concentrate on growing up and figuring himself out. Justin said,
I’ve been working so hard, I’m taking a month off. It’s been great to just think and enjoy hanging out with my friends. I’m still growing up, and when you’re working every day, you don’t really get a chance to figure out who you are. So with the time off, I’m able to think, pray and just kind of grow up. [Plus], I’ve been sleeping in a lot.

There is a new show at Disney California Adventure called Phineas and Ferb Rockin’ Rollin’ Dance Party! The show is super interactive, and includes characters Phineas and Ferb as well as a DJ and two fireside girls who teach park guests the choreography to some of the most popular “Phineas and Ferb” songs from the Disney Channel Original Series.
