Disney is looking to acquire more characters to add to their portfolio. So far Disney has acquired the Marvel Entertainment company and Jim Henson’s Muppet characters, but apparently that just isn’t enough. Disney CEO Bob Iger revealed that the Walt Disney Company is looking to purchase either already created characters, or companies that are capable of creating new characters that Disney can use.
