When Miley Cyrus was at a private party for Topshop at Club Paris in Chicago she asked the DJ to play some of her own songs, including “Can’t Be Tamed.” However, Miley made very clear that her track “Party In The USA” was NOT to be played! We wonder why? Any guesses?
