ABC has bought a new drama show from Nicholas Sparks titled “The Watcher.” The show will be about Archangel Raphael, who cuts off his wings and decides to spend his life with his human soulmate named Sarah. However, when Sarah passes away, Raphael decides to perform miracles undercover while trying to understand the meaning behind losing his soulmate.
