Selena Gomez Seeking Restraining Order Against 46 Year Old Man

Selena Gomez is currently seeking a restraining order against a 46-year-old man named Thomas Brodnicki. Thomas recently informed his therapist that he was planning to kill the Disney star – yikes!

Selena filed the request for the restraining order with the Los Angeles Superior Court on October 13, 2011 after being told that Thomas had flown from Chicago to Los Angeles to meet her. The restraining order instructs that Thomas stay at leaset 100 feet away from Selena, her mother, her stepfather and her assistant.

The hearing for the restraining order will be held on November 4, 2011 at the Burbank Courthouse. So scary!
