Mitchel Musso’s DUI Court Date Postponed To December 9, 2011
Mitchel Musso was supposed to go to court yesterday for his DUI charges, however the arraignment date has been postponed until December 9, 2011. Mitchel is facing underage drinking charges as well as driving with a blood alcohol level over .08, which is above the legal limit.
If Mitchel is convicted, he could face up to six months in jail and a $1,000 fine. We’ll keep you posted.
