The CeCe and Rocky D-Signed Holiday Collection is now available at Target! The collection is based on the fashions worn by the characters CeCe (played by Bella Thorne) and Rocky (played by Zendaya Coleman) on the hit Disney Channel Original Series “Shake It Up.” Here are some details about the new line:
