Selena Gomez’s stalker is currently being held at a county hospital according to E! News. Selena has a temporary restraining order against him, and the goal is for the restraining order to become permanent in the near future.

The judge set a hearing for January 6, 2011 to decide on the new restraining order. We’ll keep you posted.
