Derek Hough (“Dancing With The Stars”) will be the co-host on “Live With Kelly” opposite Kelly Ripa on ABC on December 5, 2012. Then, Jonah Hill will appear as the guest host on the show on December 6th. On December 7th Josh Groban will begin his co-hosting stint, which is expected to last for several days.
