It looks like Mason Disick will have a brother or sister soon! Reality star Kourtney Kardashian is pregnant with her second child with boyfriend Scott Disick. We had a feeling about this, since just like the last time Kourtney was pregnant she has changed up her style a bit – wearing looser, patterned shirts.
