Miley Cyrus’ younger sister Noah Cyrus turned 12 years old on January 7, 2012 and she had a great time celebrating with her family and friends! The day before Noah’s dad Billy Ray Cyrus brought her to a showing of “Wicked.” Then, on her big day she celebrated by going out to eat!
