Woman Sues Disney After Being Spanked At “Good Luck Charlie” Taping

Uh oh. According to TMZ, a woman named Kellie Rodriguez is suing Disney, claiming that she took her two children to a live taping of “Good Luck Charlie” and during the opening act by comedian Ron Pearson she was brought up on stage and spanked repeatedly. Kellie has filed a lawsuit stating that she was one of the audience members chosen to perform a “silly dance” to the song “YMCA,” and was told that the winner would receive a prize.

According to Kellie, when she started dancing Ron began to spank her. Here’s the quote from the lawsuit:

“All of a sudden and without warning, Pearson started spanking [her] buttocks with his hands. The unwarranted and unconsented spanking was RELENTLESS and did not cease until [Kellie] physically turned around to stop it.”

Kellie is also claiming that Ron asked her for a kiss on the cheek when she was done dancing, and she says that at the last second he turned his head and kissed her on the mouth instead, which upset her children.

Kellie is suing both Disney and Ron. We’ll keep you posted when we learn more.

   I think she shouldn’t have sued Disney. It’s completely Pearson’s fault.
