Disney Channel’s “Jessie” actor Karan Brar was born on January 18, 1999, making him 13 years old! In order to celebrate his birthday, Debby Ryan and the cast of the show went out for pizza and laser-tag, and topped off the celebration with some yummy looking cupcakes!
