After smoking an unknown substance and collapsing recently, Demi Moore has checked into an addiction treatment center in Sundance, Utah. According to E! News Demi is in the treatment center for unknown addiction treatment and for an eating disorder. No word yet on how long Demi plays to stay at the center.
