Justin Bieber spent the day with his wife, Mrs. Bieber yesterday. Justin’s wife is 6-year-old Avalanna Routh, who has a rare form of cancer and whose wish it was to meet her husband. The Jimmy Fund threw Avalanna a very special wedding with the pop star recently, so it was only fitting that her husband surprise her and spend the day with her!
