According to the National Enquirer, Miley Cyrus‘ dad Billy Ray Cyrus has told her to elope with her boyfriend Liam Hemsworth. According to the story online Miley was telling her parents that she and Liam almost got married in Hawaii where they recently vacationed, and while her mom Tish Cyrus wasn’t very happy with not being able to help Miley plan the big day, Billy Ray said he loved the idea because it would save him a lot of money!
