Carly Rae Jepsen, who recently signed under Justin Bieber and Scooter Braun, will be appearing on “The Ellen Show” on March 23, 2012! Justin took to Twitter to urge his fans to ask Ellen DeGeneres to let Carly on the show – and it looks like Justin’s fans made it happen!
