Is “Spring Breakers” Stressing Selena Gomez Out?

First Selena Gomez Tweeted a message to her fans telling them that she was having a lot of anxiety on the set of her movie “Spring Breakers,” and then she was seen looking extremely exhausted on the set of the film. Now, Selena was spotted just yesterday with her mom, step-dad and boyfriend Justin Bieber leaving the Cedars Sinai Medical Office Towers in Los Angeles, California. According to reports Selena had a bandage on her arm, and it looked like she may have had blood drawn.

Do you think that Selena is taking an unplanned break from the set of the movie to check up on her heath and catch up on some much needed sleep? Or, do you think the break and the visit to the doctors office are all just routine for the former Disney star?
