Miley Cyrus has finally announced that she is NOT engaged, despite rumors saying otherwise. Miley started the rumors by posting a photo of her hand with a ring on her ring finger. Days later Miley took to Twitter to dispel the rumors:
I’m not engaged. I’ve worn this same ring on this finger since November! People just wanna find something to talk about! It’s a topaz people!
