Billy Ray Cyrus might not have been one of the first people to see “The Hunger Games,” but as soon as he saw the movie he took to Twitter with a sweet message for his daughter Miley Cyrus’ boyfriend! Billy wrote the following note to “The Hunger Games” star Liam Hemsworth:
By the way… saw ‘The Hunger Games’ last night. So proud of young Liam. Way to go buddy. The movies awesome!!!
