Miley Cyrus Looks Fit As She Leaves Pilates On April 27, 2012

Miley Cyrus is looking extremely fit! The former “Hannah Montana” star was seen leaving pilates in West Hollywood, California on April 27, 2012. You can see from the photos that Miley still has a bandage on her finger where she cut herself in the kitchen, but she had the stitches removed recently.
