Did Miley Cyrus Get A Fifteenth Tattoo?
Miley Cyrus was spotted wearing a bandage while leaving a tattoo parlor this week, leading her fans to believe that she got inked a fifteenth time. However, there are rumors that Miley got alterations to one of her current tattoos, so that would technically leave her with only 14 tattoos for the time being.
